Among the participants was a retired Major General who was first African American to command a Marine regiment. KYW Newsradio's City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports. *** Ousted CEO and Director of The Philadelphia Art Museum is taking the institution to court over her firing. KYW Newsradio's Shara Dae Howard has more. *** New Jersey lawmakers are advancing legislation to make Daylight Saving Time permanent, even though it’s not entirely up to them.
