How do you bridge the gap between your old life and your new, desired life?

  • Short-Term: The simplest step you can take is to try the things you are interested in. If you enjoy it, do more of it.
  • Long-Term: In order to have long-lasting change, you need to break the current status quo you have created for yourself and build the new habits of your desired life.
