"Finding Your Flock" is about exploring cultural heritage and identity formation during the college years, using Fitchburg State University as a lens. Research, faculty interviews, and student experiences inform a deep dive into finding belonging and purpose, challenging the idea of college as just a temporary phase and advocating for active community engagement to build lasting connections.
Written and narrated by Coean Blankenship, a DMI major in the Communications Media department, this is the first in a series called Fitchburg Your Story.
Episodes in this series were produced and edited by the students in Professor Kisha Tracy's Storytelling and the Oral Tradition course (ENGL 2890) in the Spring 2025 semester.
