In this episode of Path of Commercialization in Healthcare from the Saint Joseph's University Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Business Program, Jessica Flaherty shares her inspiring journey from Rider University to working in Talent Acquisition for a drug manufacturer.

The student co-host for this episode is Sofia Starinieri. She is a senior at Saint Joseph’s University majoring in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Business and minoring in Spanish. Upon graduation, she would like to pursue a career in marketing. Her campus involvement includes Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity, Alpha Gamma Delta, and Pharmaceutical Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT). Additionally, Sofia was a participant of her university’s Co-op program, where she successfully completed 2 rotations at a leading global pharmaceutical solutions company, Cencora (dba AmerisourceBergen).

The podcast series' ongoing co-host is Jon Evoy. He is a healthcare marketer who is also an Adjunct Professor. Classes he's taught include healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical market research, & healthcare supply chain.
