Welcome to the 100th episode of The Expert Guide to Parenthood Podcast!

What a ride it has been – 100 podcast episodes on everything to do with fertility, pregnancy, baby, childhood and parenthood! We hope that you have learnt a lot about what to expect at every stage of the parenting journey.

It has been an absolute joy bringing you the very best experts every week, answering your questions and sharing their tips and tricks to help make parenting that little bit easier for you.

In this week's episode, we are changing it up a little and we (hosts Christy and Freya) are not only asking the questions but we are answering them too. We are interviewing each other about the best bits and hardest parts of parenthood. With 7 kids between us we must have learned a thing or two ha ha ha or at the very least we can tell you what 'not' to do!

We ask each other:

- Our favourite part of parenthood

- Our thoughts around the connection at different stages

- What we don’t like about parenthood

- The things that surprised us most about parenthood

- What we loved and found most challenging about each stage (newborn, infant, toddler, childhood) and what helped us cope with each stage

- The weight of parenthood

- Tips and advice we would follow if we were starting at the beginning of our parenting journey with what we know now

A huge thanks to Mustela for supporting our podcast and helping us share evidence-based parenting education far and wide. Thanks to our incredible podcast crew Dean and Tim for all of your hard work, friendship and laughter. And of course, thank you to our experts for having the sharpest minds and the biggest hearts.

Thanks for joining us on this wild ride and learning with us along the way, cheers to what's ahead and the learning to come - bring it.

The Expert Guide To Parenthood Podcast is proudly supported by Mustela natural origin skincare, by parents' side since 1950.
