The UNI Panthers Men's Basketball team picked up their second straight win to open the season, 65-58 over South Dakota State. UNI battled to a lead at the half, then stretched it to double figures inside the final 4 minutes to earn the win. Tristan Smith led the Panthers with 14 points, Will Hornseth had 12 and Leon Bond added 11. Next up, UNI faces Furman at home this Friday.
