In this episode, Liz and Jeff talk to Laura Seago, co-founder and Head of Content at Curable, about using the mind-body connection to treat pain. Laura focuses on creating virtual, neuroscience-based recovery programs for chronic pain. Her passion for creating these programs stems from her personal experience of recovery from migraines, sciatica, and chronic knee pain. She is an alumna of BuzzFeed and Google, both of which helped her to develop the digital storytelling skills Curable uses to engage chronic pain sufferers with bite-sized audio lessons and easy-to-use techniques.
