This week I speak with Sun Microsystems founder Scott McNealy. Scott is a Silicon Valley legend. He stands alongside Steve Jobs and Bill Gates as one of the pioneers of the tech space and his thoughts on how to run a company still inspire me today. I even hosted the very first LivePerson code ever written on a Sun Microsystem server. Needless to say, talking to him and getting to pick his brain was an exciting glimpse into how one of the original founding tech companies came to be and how he made tough important decisions to keep them going along the way.
