Nanci Beyerl is the visionary founder of Peaceful Acres Horses, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2007, as well as Purpose-guided Consulting LLC, a business dedicated to empowering and inspiring personal and professional growth. A passionate leader and advocate, Nanci has transformed lives—both human and equine—through her unwavering commitment and innovative programs.

At Peaceful Acres Horses, Nanci has led the rescue of 300 at-risk equines, nearly half of whom have found loving forever homes, while others have retired with dignity and compassion at the sanctuary. Today, over 70 equines call Peaceful Acres Horses home, partnering in equine-guided emotionally supportive coaching programs for youth, adults, families, and veterans in Schenectady County, NY. Through these programs, participants foster resilience, growth, and connection in a nurturing and peaceful environment.

As the Founder of Purpose-guided Consulting LLC, Nanci draws on her expertise as a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and Master of Social Work (MSW) to guide individuals and organizations toward their goals. With a deep belief in mentorship and personal development, she equips her clients with the tools they need to achieve lasting success and impact.

An avid reader and lifelong learner, Nanci is dedicated to “leveling up” her own skills so she can serve others even more effectively. Her philosophy, grounded in faith and resilience, is inspired by the question: “What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?”—fueling her drive to strive for excellence, love sacrificially, and make a difference in the lives of both people and animals.

She is also the author of “In Search of Purpose: One Woman’s Journey to Save and Restore Horses Who Bring Hope to People”, which shares her inspiring journey of purpose, leadership, and transformation
