W:. Carroll first connected when he invited On the Level with Fred & Chris to participate in the Masonic Education Symposium earlier in 2023. This eye opening event spurred the creativivity and passion of our show to new hights, so we knew we needed to have him on the show when he coined the perfect and highest compliment we could ever hope to receive when he said:
