Commercial flight 801 to New York has been in the air for about two hours. The plane's origin was the airport of a small, politically struggling South American country. Over the airplane telephone system, Scotty, the co-pilot, calls Head Flight Attendant Angie Parsons, telling her to quickly come to the cockpit and bring the flight manifest. Angie says "What's wrong, Scotty?" He says "Please don't ask questions, just hurry. We are in big trouble, and don't forget that manifest". When she arrives, Deacon, the pilot, says "Take over, Scotty, I'll brief Angie. Do you know any of the passengers on this ship?" I just got a security flash from control that we may be carrying a mad bomber, or assassin. A guy who could be ready to, not only to blow himself up, but Presidente Aguilar, and the rest of us as well”.
