Where are my fellow sweet-tooth people at?!

🍪 I am a bonafide pastry and baked goods gal, so if eating healthy meant completely giving up all desserts and sweet treats...I probably wouldn't do it to be totally honest!

That's why coming up with strategies to "have your cake and eat it too" has been one of my favorite parts of coaching nutrition.

So, if you're like me and you crave a little treat after a meal, or can't stand the thought of having your coffee black, this episode is for YOU!
