"Be patient, be silent and sit still" - Josh Anglero

"Communicate respectfully" - Josh Anglero

-------------

We often associate generational curses with finances, substance abuse, emotional and physically abusive relationships. However, generational curses can also apply to our personal relationships. How often do we find ourselves in toxic relationships? How often do we carry the scars and toxicity of previous relationships into new ones? We are in essence continuing patterns of behavior that we learned from our parents or prior relationships. Listen in as my guest Josh Anglero, Actor at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network To Have and To Hold: Charlotte and the the Co-Founder of PAC Public Relations speaks candidly about having to break generational curses in order to build healthier future relationships for himself and his children.
