Geoff, Mike, and Derrick discuss two episodes of the first season of the X-Files (1993-1994), which is currently streaming on Hulu and Disney+. Both episodes involve the same mutant serial killer, Eugene Victor Tooms. We discuss the legitimacy of polygraph tests, the "parole board" scene, FBI jurisdiction, and more. We (well, mostly Geoff) also come up with a system to rate the movies/shows on legal accuracy and entertainment.
