In this episode, we discuss why I've officially had enough when it comes to the business of internal recruiters and share some of my experiences that led me to this conclusion. We also breakdown down the difference in experiences between internal vs external recruiters, the copy-cat, start-up model for building "talent pipelines" and how it marginalizes candidates into having less leverage than ever before when getting serious about becoming a candidate. I also dive into my take on what to do instead of just taking it on the chin and where I think this model can potentially be going.
