Managing the pressures of perfection has never been harder for students. But what do you do when those pressures become too much? How do you manage it? How much do all of those things truly matter? James R. currently travels around the country speaking and encouraging college students. During our chat he recalled a time in college when he felt like he was having a mental break down. He felt like he wasn't enough and was disappointing his parents. Soon he learned what truly mattered in college and having it all together couldn't be further from it.
