In Episode 158 of the No Limitations Podcast, To Stand the Test of Time, Blenheim Partners’ Gregory Robinson speaks with Paul Hitchcock, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Patties Food Group Pty Ltd.

In a robust and engaging conversation, Paul recounts how a meeting over coffee marked the beginning of a distinguished executive journey spanning multiple sectors across both listed and private equity domains, sharing valuable insights on growth, people and real leadership. Paul also dissects the “public vs private” debate and the future of the Australian markets as the emphasis on doing business vs governance is brought into stark reality. Finally, Paul speaks about the beauty of the great Australian meat pie and how Patties is bringing some of the nation’s largest household names to new international markets and audiences.

Patties Food Group is an Australian food manufacturing company whose portfolio includes brands such as Four’N Twenty, Herbert Adams, and Lean Cuisine. Paul is also a former CEO of Primo Foods, Petuna Aquaculture, and office products company Corporate Express, which he led to a successful sale to American office products supplier Staples, Inc. in 2008. Earlier in his career, Paul served in Sales Director roles with Lion Nathan Ltd (now Lion) and Goodman Fielder, where he was later promoted to Managing Director for Goodman Fielder Commercial and Asia Pacific businesses.
