Time to pause and reflect. Almost every major sporting event for the next few months has been cancelled or postponed because of the COVID19 pandemic, so it came as no surprise to hear the Anglo Celtic Plate wouldn't go ahead as scheduled. In this episode Jan talks about the coping strategies she is using to help stay focused and how she is using this rescheduling as an opportunity rather than a setback. As planned we also include a Q&A with most of the questions submitted to Jan through her Instagram account.
