In this shiur, delivered in Ba'er Miriam, Rav Burg explains the true definition of love. When Hashem created the world, He pulled Himself back to create space for us to exist. In our relationships, we have the opportunity to act like Hashem and pull ourselves back to create space for another. We are often afraid to do so because we lack a deep connection to our infinite Godly souls. When we play the game of life with an infinite amount of "poker chips" we are strong enough to pull back and give ourselves to another.
