Welcome to the third episode of New Norms New Ways of Working.

Today our guest is Nigel Hunt from Racing Industry Transition Agency, formerly the New Zealand Racing Board.

Nigel is Head of Technology Operations at RITA and we are going to talk about how Digital transformation and Agile transformation in his organization has helped them to be future ready. Having organization wide single source of truth and tools like Atlassian JIRA has enabled his organization during these difficult times to stay resilient.

I have known Nigel to be far sighted strategist with exemplary skills in shaping IT operations of large organizations.

Great learnings!

I am glad that he could spare some time from his busy schedule.

Thanks Nigel!

I would like to invite professionals from non-technology domains to share their experiences on my podcast, discussing New Norms in their industry and New Ways of Working.

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] and I would be happy to speak with you.

Stay fit and safe!
