In this episode I had the privilege of chatting to Natalie West, a clinical Psychotherapist who shares her insights on her holistic approach to mental health. Natalie discusses the importance of the Gut-Brain connection, emphasising the importance of nutrition, particularly a carnivore diet, in managing mental health. She explores how diet influences our mental states and how we are all empowered to make positive changes in our lives. Natalie also shared some amazing transformations that some of her clients have experienced from a mental, physical, conscious and self loyalty standpoint.
