We all know about breathing right? I mean of course we do.
But we really don't.
As breath is fundamental beginning as part of the framework that I work with, with
clients that want to really change the way they live and work, I opened the first page of the book Breath, The New Science Of A Lost Art, thinking I kind of knew a lot about breath.
This book has blown my mind, and I dedicate this podcast to the essence of why it's so powerful.

Reverse asthma, allergies, scoliosis and much much more.
Change your breath and you change your mood your chemistry your physiology
Our evolution has changed the shape of our skulls our airways nasal cavities, our mouths have become smaller and our brains bigger. Add to that the change to eating processed food which has put an end to chewing has culminated in massive problems insomnia and sleep apnea, BUT this can all be reversed by nose breathing.
