In this episode Autumn and Yvette interview the Host of Bourbon and Burlesque, Chris Thomas. In what was supposed to be an episode about sexy things like burlesque, Yvette gets distracted pretty early on and derails the three of them into exploring how Chris accidentally stumbled onto sobriety after a rough night out. Specifically, Chris shares what his choose your own recovery process looked like (diet, exercise, attainable goals) and the unexpected gifts of his sobriety (grad school, career, hobbies). After exploring recovery, the trio stays on track momentarily while Chris talks about his experience as burlesque host and Yvette tells Chris why he should do standup. Then things get weird as the topic of polyamory turns into them talking for an oddly long time about sperm competition and how women can accidentally giving birth to their partner's clone.
