You should actually listen to this episode because it might help someone you care about someday and if you love someone (yourself included) you should stop giving them conventional American gluten because Monsanto poisoned it and our government is too capitalistic to care even though scientist know it's killing people (see journal article below). Maybe if enough of us switch to organic gluten, they'll start making more than three organic gluten products. If you work in legislation and you want Nerdacious Behavior to love you, please ban the use of roundup like all the countries that care about their people so Yvette can eat croissants again. In this episode Yvette finally figures out why she's been sick for two years (mold killed her cytochrome p450 enzyme systems and things dominoed from there) and explains what it was like when mold gave her a 15 second memory and took away the ability to move her tongue. She also explains that the amount of Monsanto's poison, glyphosate (the active ingredient in the herbicide, Roundup) allowed in American wheat correlates perfectly with increases in Celiac disease and literal deaths due to intestinal infections (again, see journal article).
