As part of scams we discussed the increasing sophistication of scams, particularly how scammers use AI to create fake websites, generate text-to-voice messages, and exploit personal data. Matthew emphasised the importance of caution and critical thinking when dealing with suspicious communications. They highlighted that scammers often use leaked data and existing victim databases to target individuals
