Feeling scattered, stressed, or just not quite here?

In this special episode of Motivational Medium, I'm guiding you through one of my absolute favourite practices, grounding. It's not just for the woo-woo crowd (though we love a bit of woo). Grounding is scientifically proven to lower stress, balance cortisol, and support your overall emotional and physical wellbeing.

I share how grounding helps keep your energy strong, your mind calm, and your heart open, especially when life gets busy or overwhelming. Then, we'll move into a calming, powerful guided meditation to connect you with the earth and bring you back to centre. You can do this standing on grass or lying on the lounge room floor.

So, grab your smoky quartz, kick off your shoes, and come back to yourself. Let's get grounded together.
