Have you ever had a gut feeling and ignored it… only to regret it later?

Yeah, me too. In this episode, I share one of my own heart-racing stories when I didn’t listen to my intuition and how it could have ended very differently. It's a reminder that even us psychic mediums can fall into the trap of second-guessing ourselves!

We chat about that little voice inside, what I call your “gut instinct”, and how the conscious babble of the mind loves to talk us out of it. I walk you through a really simple daily exercise that can strengthen your intuitive muscle, something you can do in just a few minutes a day. It’s easy, practical, and it works.

By the end of this episode, you’ll know how to start trusting your gut more and tuning out the mental noise. It’s a beautiful way to feel more confident and clear in everyday decisions, from relationships to what you’re having for tea.

💫 Got a takeaway from this episode or a time you listened to your intuition and it paid off? I’d love to hear about it. Come tell me all about it over on Instagram: @annmarielord_
