The Hospitality Institute’s two new food options, Bistro 1964 and Bakery 340, are now open for the fall semester for students, employees and community members. Dr. Anthony Ginexi, Dean of Business and Professional Studies, and Jackie Faillace, Operations and Events Manager at the Hospitality Institute, talk about what customers can expect if they stop by for a meal.
