Hello and welcome to the Monday Breakfast show for the 2nd of June 2025.On today's show: Headlines: Woodside North West Shelf Gas extension approvedIsraeli forces open fire on Palestinians waiting for aid. Segments: - Conversation with Micheal Smith, an ecologist and conservation teacher speaking about the impacts planned burns have on forests biodiversity, and endangered animal habitats. To support the organisations mentioned go to kinglakefriendsoftheforest.com and wotch.org.au - CFMEU members have been part of an industrial dispute at the Golden Plains Wind Farm Project in Rokewood, Victoria since the 22nd of May. When complete the site would be the biggest wind farm on the continent of Australia, producing enough energy to power more than 765,000 homes.
