Men can't prevent the natural aging process, but they can take steps to age better. Practicing healthy habits like regular exercise, healthy eating, adequate sleep, and effective stress management is essential for keeping both physical and mental health. Additionally, men should be aware of the importance of hormonal balance in their bodies and take measures to keep it balanced as they age so that they remain active and energetic in their later years.

It is important to be mindful of who and what we surround ourselves with in order to practice healthy aging. Our mindset is determined by what we consume, so it’s important to check our circles, conversations, and even relationships with family members. Having a spouse that doesn't share the same values concerning healthy living or dieting can hinder one's efforts.

In this episode, 68-year-old young Nate Wilkins dives deep into the importance of self-care for men and shares practical tips on how to age better. He offers a variety of ideas that can be implemented right away to ensure long-term health and well-being.
