Fear is something we all experience. It’s your brain’s way of keeping you safe. In the past, fear helped us survive real dangers, like wild animals. But today, our brains can still feel fear even when there’s no real danger, like speaking in front of a group.
Here’s the good news: fear isn’t your enemy. It’s just energy—and energy can be transformed into confidence.
