In this conversation, we reflect on a series of unique breathing exercises for optimum health and sports performance, and why we all need to breathe better.

Key topics we discussed:

  • The importance of proper breathing and nasal breathing
  • Mouth taping for better sleep and hydration
  • Training the body to handle rising CO2 levels
