Have you ever landed on someone’s website and had trouble figuring out how to get in touch with them? What about getting lost down the rabbithole of viewing their portfolio, taking a quiz, or finding yourself sucked into their Pinterest vortex? This is what happens when a website lacks a clear singular goal.

Part of having a strong website strategy is aligning on the one action you want your visitors to take on your website–usually applying to work with you. It’s so important that you make it as easy as possible for your site visitors to understand exactly what you want them to do. The best way to do this? Make sure everything on your site is clearly guiding your visitors right to this goal.

In today’s episode we covered:

- How to figure out what your one website goal should be

- Why it’s important to only have one website goal

- How to structure your site if you sell both a service and a course

- Why websites look complex but are actually really simple

- How to make your website as easy to navigate as possible for your visitors
