Beau Laughridge is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu National Champion, a retired professional mixed martial artist and a proud father of two.
Beau was the final piece of the Hybrid Faction Combat Club, a five man fight team of self trained martial artists some of whom would go on to compete in the UFC.
Beau continues to train and coach at Hard Drive Performance Center and has now been a martial artists and one of our best friends for well over a decade.
