To dream up the beautiful art we know & love, creatives have to experience the world with a heightened sensitivity, awareness, & emotional aptitude. When thrown into the music industry’s ecosystem, this same sensitivity is often quickly discarded for the sake of commercialism, professional expectations & company bottom lines. We recognize that creative people & those championing their work should be honored for who they are, & treated with care as they devote their lives to articulating the human experience. We believe creatives & their teams deserve a place to be poured into & to find respite from the near impossibility of what’s asked of them on a daily basis.
