Noticing our thoughts is one of the ways we reflect our Creator.
God didn’t make us merely instinctual—He made us conscious, capable, and creative. We’ve been given the incredible ability to think, imagine, and choose. But with that comes the reality of mental clutter. If we want to experience greater clarity, peace, and purpose, we need to slow down and start noticing what’s actually going on in our thought life.

In today’s episode, I’ll share three simple ways you can begin identifying the thoughts that aren’t serving you—so you can create space for the ones that do.
