No Wi-Fi, a cold shower and a power outage topped with a frog jumping in his face. That’s what greeted Jason Noronha in a budget guesthouse in Goa and inspired him to open his own hostel. Years later, frustrated by disconnected hotel systems, Jason created D3x, a platform powered by AI agents that route guest messages from any channel straight to the right hotel system. Today, Jason joins Matt to share how it all works.
Jason Noronha is the Co-founder and CEO of D3x, a pioneering AI technology company optimizing hospitality operations through intelligent workflow automation. With a unique journey from financial services consultant to backpacker hostel owner in India, Jason brings over a decade of hands-on hospitality experience combined with deep technical expertise. He previously built and scaled a successful PMS system serving 1,200 hostels before launching D3x, which specializes in converting natural language into API actions to streamline hotel operations.
