In our Mastering the Art of Podcasting Membership Group, one of our members was experiencing a block around the name of her podcast. While exploring this block together, we came to an important mindset discovery. Here is a sneak peek into a conversation we had during our last membership group collaborative work session.

• When we don’t trust our vision and our mission, we can often get derailed by what the “experts” think. The important work really becomes knowing and trusting yourself so that you can make decisions in alignment with your purpose.
• Understanding your topic and staying true to your topic is important. It is like this podcast, Mastering the Podcaster Mindset- has guests of all different genres & topics- but we have a unified message through all of them because we keep the topic focused on mindset and the art of podcasting.
• Working through mindset blocks in a collaborative group setting is so powerful!
