She's the creator behind Snacking in Sneakers, a blog that blends nutrition and fitness advice for runners and triathletes, and she also runs Build a Wellness Blog, where she helps fellow health professionals grow their online businesses with blogging, SEO, and smart use of AI. Chrissy has a passion for helping others turn their expertise into sustainable, income-generating platforms, and she’s known for making even the most technical topics (hi, AI!) feel fun and doable. When she’s not writing or coaching, you can find her logging miles on the road or hanging out with her husband, son, and rescue pup.
