A New York Times bestselling author, Ellie has written seven cookbooks, is a two-time James Beard Foundation Award winner, and an IACP award recipient.
Ellie also writes a weekly food column for The Washington Post, hosts a Substack newsletter, and shares her expertise across platforms to help people cook, eat, and live well—without extremes.
