The word moms hear over and over again… but here’s the truth:
Balance is a myth.
It suggests you can (and should) give equal time, energy, and attention to everything — work, home, self-care, kids — all at once.
But motherhood doesn’t (and shouldn’t) work that way. Life moves in seasons and rhythms, not perfect symmetry.
It’s time to stop striving for balance and start creating systems that actually work in your real life. In this episode, I’m sharing why balance is keeping you stuck and what to aim for instead.
