Welcome to episode five of Making Menopause Matter

Please note this episode includes content that discusses suicidal thoughts.

In this episode we talk about the psychological and cognitive symptoms of menopause.

The mental and emotional impact of menopause is something that is very close to my heart, both personally and professionally, as someone who experienced a mental health crisis, and supports others through their menopause experience.

I am delighted to be joined by my friend Mel Wakeman, who shares her experience of perimenopause and the effect on her mental, emotional, and cognitve health and her light bulb moment when someone asked if she might be neurodivergent.
