Because I know you’ve been feeling off. You’re doing all the right things—you’re eating well, trying to move your body, juggling life like a champ—but still, something doesn’t feel right. In this episode, I’m sharing something I wish I’d known earlier—the surprising truth about what’s really going on in your body during perimenopause and menopause. We’ll talk about hormones like testosterone (yep, that’s part of it too), progesterone, and estrogen... and how they affect way more than just your cycle.

I’m not here to give you a diagnosis. I’m here to give you words for what you’re already feeling—and a first step that might change everything.
