Professional etiquette in the workplace. Is it as important in 2022?That's the question we're asking in this week's episode.
Our guest is etiquette expert Kristi Spencer from The Polite Company.
We discuss how etiquette seems to have become less of a priority for the increasingly informal younger generations that are coming up.
Is the use of politeness in the office and business environment still as relevant now in the modern age of tattoos and loose clothing?
Do we still need to worry about how much we swear when our potential employees and customers are seeing us getting drunk on our social media profiles anyway?
Enjoy this new episode of the "Making Conversations Count" podcast in which we talk all about etiquette and manners!
You'll learn....
- Who is Kristi and what does she do? The three principles of professional etiquette (1m12s)

A poignant moment from the episode:
"You're halfway afraid to go on an airplane and say anything to anyone for fear that you're going to be on YouTube the next day or all over the news because somebody's going to... we're in a time now that is very precarious. I mean, our feelings are just we're wearing them on the outside and I think people are easily agitated, offended, all of those things, but we just eat it up as a society."
