Berbeda dengan Azrul Ananda dan John Boemihardjo yang tampil di kelas 200 mile, Johnny Ray turun di kelas 100 mile. Meski jaraknya lebih pendek, rintangan yang dihadapi juga tak kalah berat. Membuatnya sampai terngiang-ngiang dengan suara ban di atas kerikil.
