In this episode of “Low Code/High Impact,” Eduardo Ponce, Operations Lead at Provincial Health Services Authority in British Columbia, shares how his team used Caspio to streamline medical training for over 44,000 healthcare staff during a major Oracle Health system rollout. Faced with the challenge of delivering individualized login credentials and mock patient data for remote medical training sessions, Eduardo built a custom self-service app using Caspio on his own, without a coding background.

What started as a quick weekend prototype scaled into multiple low-code applications used across teams, replacing hundreds of daily manual emails and improving training access. Eduardo explains how low-code development allowed him to build fast, adapt quickly and help drive digital transformation across PHSA.
