On this week’s episode of Love Needs No Words Amy & Kirsty are joined by the brilliant Alex Richardson.

Alex was diagnosed with Autism at 5 years old and has come a long way since his initial diagnosis.

From finding support with his sensory processing and aversions to food.

To navigating the world of work which he says was very hard at first. But now he has a brilliant job working for the council and the people he works with are brilliant and just ‘get him’.

He talks about how he doesn’t see his autism as disability more of a difficulty and that everything he does in his life he achieves but in his own time.

Alex is sharing his story and experiences to help others through his Instagram account @alexrichardsonautism - go add him and check it out!

Thank you for listening :) x
