Paul Steffes possesses over 30 years of transportation experience in the same-day, next-day, air freight and cash transportation logistics industries. Throughout his career Mr. Steffes has served in executive level positions with regional and national companies. Since 2011 he has served as President & CEO of TransTek, Inc. Prior to TransTek, Mr. Steffes served for 7 years as Vice President of Sales with Jet Transportation and Logistics developing and implementing a regional brand and regional business development plan. Paul is currently serving as the President of the Express Carriers Association (ECA). He has served as a director since 2000 completing terms as president, 1st vice president, 2nd vice president, secretary and MarketPlace chairman.

The mission of the ECA is to foster business relationships through innovative networking between local/regional carriers and national shippers or vendors in the transportation industry, while also providing its members continuing education on transportation industry issues.
