Washington Commanders general manager Adam Peters says second-round pick cornerback Trey Amos is a first-round talent.

After selecting Amos on Day 2 of the draft, Peters revealed the cornerback could have been considered in the first round if not for the presence of offensive lineman Josh Conerly Jr.
