In her current role as associate director of business development at Munger, Tolles & Olson, Shannon Tatro is a key driver of the firm’s business development efforts and leader of specific client development initiatives, where she utilizes insights gained through 25+ years in client service roles to provide guidance with the client experience in mind. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of legal marketing professionals and currently serves as Co-Chair of LMA’s Client Value SIG.
